Advancing Women started life as a mentor and coach to our users in 1996, the first website to help women break through the “glass ceiling”, providing career strategy , tools, resources, products and services to support women and diversity candidate's career, business and leadership goals, and work-life balance issues.

So it makes a lot of sense that AdvancingWomen.com should extend the communication and coaching platform we have built as a resource for professionals, small business owners to advance their careers.  Now, we have introduced AW Coaching :

AW Coaching  has gathered a great team of coaches who are passionate and knowledgeable about  their specific areas of expertise. Together we can provide the direction, resources and specialized training to help you reach your goals.

AW Coaching  provides each coach with an array of communication tools to support engaging with you, the client, featuring  innovative communication tools such as our own broadcast system and automated sequential learning platform. For corporations, universities and other organizations, in addition to personal coaching from our team of experts, we have also developed E_Training. This is a process by which we collaborate with organizations in creating and implementing a training and leadership development strategy to provide training from your own material, even transforming text materials into engaging, interactive video, which is more flexible, sophisticated, graphic,  and easily deployed to widely disbursed locations and thousands of users. We can then have one of expert coaches deliver the intial presentation of the completed course or to  your in-house trainer, or integrated into your website, training/learning management system or whatever format you prefer. Our platform has very robust, sophisticated and far reaching capabilities which incorporate the latest high tech tools to enhance users communication and experience and to further enhance our mission of providing career, business support and expertise to both individual users and forward looking corporations, organizations and universities globally.
